Are you prepared for GDPR?
Changes to the governance of data have far-reaching consequences for your business. The new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) determines how your business does business and particularly how it manages, protects and administers data. The new regulations came into force on the 25th May 2018 and you need to be compliant now.
You must ensure your business is compliant across all your marketing channels and communications. If individuals object to their personal data being processed for direct marketing activities, it can no longer be used for marketing purposes. And the fines for non-compliance can be heavy ‒ up to €20m or 4% of global turnover.
